From freshly baked bread and mezze platters to juicy kebabs and flavorful grilled fish, meats, every dish is cooked to perfection. The ambiance is warm and welcoming beautifully decorated interiors, soft lighting, and comfortable seating make it ideal for both families and small groups. The staff are polite, attentive, and always serve with a smile that me amd my family experienced. We tried the mutton kebab, grilled fish, sea food soup, and Turkish tea, all absolutely delicious and fresh. The desserts, especially baklava and kunafa, are a must-try sweet, rich, and perfectly balanced! Travel Tips: Portions are generous, so sharing is a good idea. They serve halal food and have vegetarian options too. Perfect place for dinner at late night 0000hours after visiting nearby attractions in central Almaty. Overall, Lukum Restaurant delivers a true taste of Turkey right in Almaty great food, friendly service, and a relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommended for anyone who enjoys flavorful, authentic meals!

Beautiful restaurant, great ambiance, amazing interior, live masterchef cooking, good good and cozy place. We had late dinner after tour in Arbat. Everyone had their own snacks before that but still the food served are good fits our appetite. Wheelchair are alright to stroll down here as this restaurants equip and ready for them. U just can feel and hear the sound of small cannal next to our infront of the restaurant. Surrounded by greens. In side... the interior was beautiful, life chef cooking can be witness on your right side after the entrance. ... means they served the best hot meals eventime you order. Helpful staff. They don't look friendly maybe they surprise to see us that day .. because i have Indians, Chinese and Malays traveling together in my group and they really wondered wherr are we from. The food served is very good. We really had enough here. Menu we had look and taste almost same with our local in Malaysia. That made everyone enjoy time here. Recommended to have their salads as few choices according to season will defenitely good to enjoy. Great place for group dinner.
